MR. AKSHAY KUMAR ARORA
Founding and Managing Partner
Having nearly about 35 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Akshay originally started practicing as a counsel and then went on to establish UNI LEGA CHAMBERS at Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Indore (Madhya Pradesh). He further diversified to expand, create and establish a full-service firm at Delhi (NCR).

- He is a duly certified Arbitrator/Arbitration Practitioner and has been accredited the position of an “Associate” by CIArb, UK.
- He is an office bearer in the Society of Construction law, India Chapter and has given substantial contribution in the field of Construction/ Real Estate Law in India.
- He has been accredited and awarded for making it to the distinguished list of “Top Legal Luminaries in Central India” and was felicitated with an award given by the Hon’ble Law Minister of Madhya Pradesh in December, 2017.

MR. PRAVAL ARORA
Partner-in-charge
Mr. Praval is a practicing attorney based out of New Delhi, working as a Partner of UNI LEGA CHAMBERS. Having pursued his Bachelors of Law from Government Law College, Mumbai, his expertise lies in Civil and Commercial litigation, among other branches of law, and he also has considerable experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms. He has been regularly representing clients in multifarious commercial disputes such as Shareholders Agreements, Banking Laws, Insolvency Laws, Real Estate Laws, Intellectual Property Rights and various other Commercial Aspects before the Supreme Court of India, High Court at Delhi, High Court at Bombay as well as other High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, Criminal Courts and various other Legal Forums. Ms. CHESTA MEHTA
Head of Practice, Dispute Resolution, Maharashtra.
Having graduated from Government Law College and having pursued her Masters in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London, Ms. Chesta Mehta is heading the litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution Practice of the firm in Mumbai. Her expertise lies in Company Law and Insolvency proceedings and she regularly appears at the High Court of Bombay, National Company Law Tribunal as well as the lower courts at Mumbai and various other districts in Maharashtra.
Mr. MANHAR SINGH SAINI
Head of Practice, Dispute Resolution & IPR, Chandigarh, Punjab & Haryana.
He was called to the Bar in the year 2012, having diverse experience in handling a vast array of matters pertaining to Litigation & Arbitration arising out of Constitutional Law and civil disputes in connection with corporate/ commercial transactions, winding up of a company, oppression and mismanagement, intellectual property disputes and real estate cases. He also handles criminal disputes such as trials before the Special CBI courts and Sessions courts, bail applications and petitions invoking inherent powers of the High Court. He regularly appears before, inter alia, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), District & Sessions Courts, Special CBI Courts and Consumer Forums/ Commissions.
Mr. RAKESH KHIWANI
Chartered Accountant and Head of Practice for Tax & Company Law compliances.
He is enrolled as a Member of the ICAI since 1980 and possesses more than 35 years of experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation practice. He specializes in the areas of Taxation Advisory services including Tax Planning, Tax Management, etc. Apart from advising clients on various areas under Income Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, he also has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income Tax Act. To add to his expertise, he also handles Appellate Matters before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), DVAT, Central Sales Tax and Service tax Tribunal. He also provides services like LLP Incorporation, LLP Agreements, Valuation of Companies, Business Valuation Certification.
Mr. TUSHAR MITTAL
Head of Practice, Dispute Resolution, Uttar Pradesh.
He is a law graduate based out of Allahabad and Lucknow and is heading the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice in Uttar Pradesh. He specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Service Matters, Company Law as well as Criminal Litigation. Mr. Mittal regularly before the Supreme Court, High Courts of Delhi & Allahabad, National Company Law Tribunal and other lower courts in the region.
